"We're Going to Toronto for the call"

When is the NHL going to get it... Yet again last night they prove that "Going to Toronto" for a call doesn't work...


Clearly Horcoff kicked this puck with a "distinct kicking motion", whether or not he was trying to gain control of the puck or deflect it, it was distinct...
When are they going to make the officials on the ice responsible and accountable for the calls in the game...  If I am a Panther fan, I am again claiming to be a victim of the Big Bad Canadian NHL and their biased to Canadian teams...

Do what the NFL does, put a monitor in the penalty box and make the officials on the ice make the call and if they blow it, discipline them...
